Texas Tech transfer Baker Mayfield will be starting at QB for Oklahoma.

Dalvin Cook found not guilty and his suspension has been lifted by Florida State.

This is a big blow to Arkansas, a top 25 team coming off a 2 win conference season.

Another hit to the Clemson D which is trying to rebuild/reload this year.  And Michigan State loses a key member to their vaunted defense.

This could be a big blow to Arizona.  It’s never good when you lose your center.

Last week was an overview on some of the toughest out-of-conference schedules.  This week some of the easier schedules are analyzed.

Some more suspensions coming out for the opening week of the season.  Players are being suspended at Pitt and Wake Forest.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_text_separator title=”Week of July 27, 2015″ title_align=”separator_align_left” color=”grey”][vc_column_text]Pretty big suspension for Ohio State for the opener.

Who knew Washington St. had an all-conference performer in the secondary?  Anyway, he was dismissed from the team and is transferring.

Syracuse probably wasn’t going to be too good this year, but losing a projected contributor will certainly not help.

A lineman for Arizona has been dismissed from the team.

Look out for who might have a big impact this season in the SEC.

Of course the offseason can’t be complete without news of some player problems with the law.  Problems at North Carolina, Pitt, and Tennessee.

Which quarterback will Texas A&M go with? And will it make a difference for the team this year who is running the offense?

Is that a good sign that the punter is the most important player on a team?

There are some good quarterbacks in the high-scoring PAC 12 again this year.
